To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

Junior or senior standing
Formal approval by the Teacher Education Committee for admission to the Teacher Education program; (preferably an elementary education major).
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Record of positive involvement in extra-curricular and community activities.
