The Henry M. Eldridge Endowed Scholarship Program - For Mathematics Majors

This scholarship was established to recognize the contributions of Dr. Henry M. Eldridge, a dedicated professor of mathematics at FSU for more than twenty years and former chair of the department.  The Scholarship Committee will award this scholarship according to the following guidelines.

Amount of award:  $1,000 for one year.  The award is not renewable although recipients may apply for the scholarship in subsequent years.

Eligibility:  To be eligible for this scholarship, students must:

1. Be a full-time undergraduate student at Fayetteville State University.
2. Be a mathematics major.
3. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
4. Have demonstrated financial need based on submission of a financial aid application. 
5. Have a record of positive contributions to the university and/or community.
