The Lloyd V. Hackley  Scholars Program is designed to provide financial assistance to students who demonstrate academic excellence. 
Amount of award:  $1,000 per year renewable for up to four years for recipients who maintain a GPA of 3.2 or better.  

Eligibility:  To be eligible for this scholarship, students must:

1. Students must combine high academic achievement with strong moral character.
2. Graduate or prospective graduate of a Cumberland County high School.
3. Have a minimum GPA of 3.2

Two letters from school or community leaders confirming student's exemplary moral character.
