Payroll Information

Students employed by Federal Work-Study/College Work-Aid/Community Service must submit a timesheet on the 15th of every month.  If the 15th falls on a weekend, timesheets are due the Friday before. All timesheets should be signed by both student and supervisor and filled out completely! Failure to include all information on the timesheet will result in postponement of payment.

Pay checks are picked up in the Cashier’s office on the 15th of every month for previous time worked.  Students are encouraged to leave a self-addressed stamped envelope during the Christmas break and at the end of the Spring semester for the Business Office to mail your check.

Students may not work more hours than the total hours assigned by the Financial Aid Office; doing so may result in the reduction of next years Student Employment Award.

No student may work more than 25 hours week. No exceptions!

Timesheets will be submitted early during the Christmas vacation due to the early closing of the University and the State of North Carolina for the holidays.
